Appointment Policy

Physical examinations are by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Fees and Payment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality medical care for your pet so that he or she may continue to be a healthy, happy companion for you.  Our fees are based on the financial requirements of maintaining a professional staff, modern facilities, technical equipment and supplies.

Payment is expected at the time of service.  For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for payment.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Hospital Tours

We are proud of our hospital.  If you would like your child's school, church, or other group to visit our facility, please let us know.  We also give individual tours by appointment.
